Bill Neumann

CEO & Partner - Group Dentistry Now & JoinDSO

Bill Neumann is a dental industry veteran with 15+ years of experience in all facets of the industry. He is a DSO consultant and CEO and partner at Group Dentistry Now & JoinDSO. Bill co-founded the first print publication for DSOs, Efficiency in Group Practice, launched the first app for dental product literature, videos, and information, Dental Sales Pro Connect, founded the first dental industry networking platform, Dental Sales Pro, invented the iBarrier, a disposable infection control sleeve, and managed and trained a sales force for dental manufacturer, Coltene/Whaledent. Bill is an advisor for the ADSO and several other dental companies. He sits on the board of Dental Lifeline Network, serves on the OSAP conference committee, and is an international public speaker on DSO topics at many dental events.

John Sheldon

Chief Marketing Officer - SmileDirectClub

John Sheldon is the Chief Marketing Officer atSmileDirectClub. In this role, he focuses on delivering the best possible experience to customers in order to continue growing SmileDirectClub and reach more people searching for affordable access to a straighter and more confident smile. As the Chief Marketing Officer, John oversees all digital media,paid media, creative development, social media, communication tactics, and experiential initiatives for the brand. As a results-driven marketing leader, John continually builds a track-record of success and is a champion for creating strategic plans based on key insights.

John has a strong background in digital transformation and innovation across a range of industries. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer of Fresh Direct, a food tech company and the Northeast's leading online fresh food grocer. He was also the Senior Vice President of Innovation Portfolios for Mastercard driving innovation globally for the company, and the Head of Strategy at eBay Enterprises Marketing Solutions. He has launched and worked with dozens of digital-first brands and lead the strategy to bring many great brands into the digital ecosystem.

John earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew McMath

Account Executive - InsideDesk

Andrew is an Account Executive with InsideDesk, a pioneer in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology and claims management systems. InsideDesk currently works with DSO's and dental groups to provide smarter tooling to front line employees working insurance claims, and in-depth analytics to senior leadership. The outcomes for DSO's are a more effective workforce, and reporting that provides actionable insight for profitable change.

Andrew has over 7 years in software sales and client enablement, including previously working for Lighthouse360 during their successful acquisition by Henry Schein One. Today he is passionate about the emerging technology in RCM,and educating the dental industry of its existence and necessity for an evolving dental industry. Andrew believes market changes are grown from the inside out, so listening, learning, and collaborating from those doing the job daily brings him the satisfaction of helping to deliver a world class solution.

Erin Norris

Director of Strategic Accounts - Tab32

Erin helps DSOs navigate the world of cloud computing to set them up with the right tools to scale and grow their businesses.  She has been in the dental field for 29 years, having spent the last 17 years working with DSOs to achieve their goals by implementing major initiatives across their organizations.  She has worked with companies such as Heartland, Clear Choice, and Walmart Health to incorporate state of the art technology - from imaging to implants to restorative materials - into their standard of care. She is excited to moderate this panel and gain further insight into best practices DSOs have adopted to successfully implement new technologies.

Jeremy Krell

Managing Partner - Revere Partners

Jeremy is a general dentist with a combined business background. He is the Managing Partner of Revere Partners, the first independent Venture Capital fund focused on oral health. Jeremy previously built out the Barchester Bay Group, a portfolio consisting of over 35 ventures. Jeremy has held key operator roles at startups including Head of Marketing and Chief Dental Officer at Simplifeye, based in NYC, and the Chief Marketing Officer of Verena Solutions, based in Chicago. He oversaw provider and clinical growth initiatives at quip, the oral health and subscription electric toothbrush company and strategic provider innovation and development at Oscar Health (which had an IPO in 2021).

Jeremy has practiced general dentistry part-time for nearly a decade following his DMD at Tufts, sits on the Boards of healthcare and dental startups, and is an angel investor in approximately 30 companies. Jeremy has a 18+ year proven track record with startups through several successful multi-million dollar fundraises and acquisitions.

Jeremy started his career with three web and graphic design startups and moved into a luxury goods and commodity venture, DormAid, for college students. He later founded a venture incubator, CEO in A Box, following his MBA at Chicago Booth.

Jeremy received The President's Volunteer Service Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden, Crain's Notable in Health Care, Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries award from IFAH USA, Top 100 Doctors from the Global Summits Institute for his commitment to oral health innovation, and 40 under 40 awards from Incisal Edge and YJP.

Scott Young

Chief Executive Officer - iCreditWorks

Mr. Young has nearly 30 years of experience in FinTech, consumer lending, and payments. Previously he was the CCO of Marcus by Goldman Sachs, driving market-leading growth through partnerships with best-in-class brands including Apple, Amazon, Walmart, JetBlue, and AARP. Mr. Young also served as Market President for Citi, Line of Business Head for Barclays, and CEO of GE Capital Personal Finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Young has been recognized for securing and managing top partnerships, including with affinity organizations in healthcare and other verticals.

Lorri Detrick

Chief Operating Officer - Riccobene

For the past 10+ years, Lorri Detrick has worked in the dental field as an operations leader and consultant. She served as the Chief Operating Officer for Access Dental Services, a mid-sized DSO in California and Utah for six years. She then spent time consulting in the dental arena, working for private equity as well as independent large group owners, assisting with growth strategy and operational platform development. For two years she worked for a technology consultancy (West Monroe Partners) performing due diligence on behalf of private equity clients looking at DSO targets for purchase and becoming a subject matter expert in teledentistry. Lorri is now the COO for Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, a DSO operating in North Carolina and Virginia with over 50 locations.

Prior to moving into dentistry, Lorri worked in both acute and skilled nursing healthcare sectors. She started her career as a Social Worker, obtaining her MSW from the University of Washington in Seattle. However, after having been offered the opportunity to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, she found her true passion for operations and leadership. After 10 years in skilled nursing operations, Lorri actively sought out the opportunity to move into an area of healthcare that created less burnout, and dentistry has been a perfect fit.

Lorri has a track record of success in developing amazing culture, achieving and exceeding financial goals, and coaching bright, loyal teams. In her work, she emphasizes transparency, diversity, compassion and fun in the midst of daily challenges. She was attracted to Riccobene Associates due to the alignment to these core values that she felt immediately upon engagement with Dr. Riccobene and his team. Her goals are to continue to drive the family-oriented, employee- and patient-centric culture that Dr. Riccobene has built, while also ensuring robust and replicable systems are in place to support ongoing growth.

Rashmi Jain

Chief Information Officer - Launch Loyalty

Rashmi Jain joined Careington International Corporation in 1999 and has served as Chief Information Officer since April 2019. Ms. Jain currently oversees information systems & information technology areas for Careington and affiliate companies, DialCare, Careington Benefit Solutions and Munroe Sutton. As Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and personally participating in all phases of the development and maintenance of Careington's strategic information systems, which include all hardware, software, security and web initiatives. During her career, Rashmi has transformed the Information Systems department into a true strategic partner with a focus on building scalable information technology systems to address various company objectives as she remains focused on technologically advanced solutions to support Careington's business, increase efficiencies, minimize risk and contribute to the company's overall success.

Rashmi is also an avid advocate for minorities in the workplace and recognizes bringing on a balanced pool of employees to the company, ensuring they have varying educational and ethnic backgrounds as well as experience levels to ensure a diverse and talented staff. Currently, her team consists of 50% women who serve in various IT and operational functional roles. She believes in the re-integration of veterans in the workforce, which aligns with the charities she supports - Families of WWII Veterans and NPower.

Rashmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems and Healthcare from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Southern Methodist University.

Rashmi is a member of the DFW Alliance of Technology and Women and the CIO Dallas Forum. She was nominated for the 2019 Dallas CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Awards and a recipient of the Dallas Business Journal 2020 Minority Leadership Awards. Rashmi was recently selected as a finalist for the 2021 Tech Titan Emerging Company CIO/CTO Awards and the 2022 Dallas CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Awards.

Rondi Michaux

Director of Business Development - 42 North Dental

Rondi Michaux is the Director of Business Development for 42 North Dental, a leading dental support organization based in New England that currently supports over 110 practices from Maine to Michigan.

She started out her dental career in private practice and has a broad range of experience, serving in every role from receptionist, registered dental assistant to practice manager. Rondi has over 27 years of experience in the dental industry with the first 18 years spent working in private practice within both general and dental specialty centers. She was working in private practice when her group partnered with a DSO and was quickly promoted to working directly in the support office.

Rondi continued gaining valuable experience and expertise over the next 9 years managing Marketing, IT, Recruitment and was an instrumental part in building out a contact center in her role as Director of Operational Support. Rondi has found her passion in the world of mergers and affiliations and is proud to finally be a part of 42 North Dental, a DSO created by dentists for dentists that has 40+ years of experience caring for doctors and their patients.

Alan Rencher

Alan Rencher is the Chief Technology Officer at Henry Schein One, an innovative technology company that provides industry leading practice management, market and patient engagement solutions. Previously, Alan worked in executive technology leadership roles at MasterControl, Target, Melaleuca and various other technology companies. He enjoys solving complex problems with incredible technology and even better people. Alan holds various engineering and computer science degrees. He resides in Highland Utah with his wife and four children.

Andrea Fox

Chief Executive Officer - Clue Dental Marketing | Toothority

Andrea Fox is the founder and CEO of Clue Dental Marketing, the developer of Toothority Patient Experience Solutions.

Andrea has a passion for building patient-focused, highly aesthetic, scalable marketing solutions that are easy to implement and use. She believes that design, process flow, and information architecture have a major impact on patient experience and hence on profits, reputation, and loyalty.

Prior to establishing Clue and Toothority, Andrea assumed various marketing roles with dental practices, pharmaceutical companies, and advertising agencies. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing with a focus on patient education, acquisition, and retention.

Dan Traub

Vice President of Product - Method Procurement

Method Procurement is leading the delivery of digital solutions that transform dental spend management,drive productivity, and yield improved financial results for dental organizations of all sizes. Dan joined Method as a co-founder in 2018.He is widely regarded as a spend management technology and process optimization expert and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

With over 25 years as both a practitioner and consultant, Dan has led technology transformation engagements for clients such as major universities and academic health science centers, including one of the nation’s first e-Procurement programs in higher education.

Prior to guiding Method’s suite of solutions, he founded a procurement analytics solution provider and served over 8 years in leadership positions with JAGGAER, the world’s largest independent spend management technology company.

Michael DePalma

Director of Business Development, North America -  Datto

Michael represents Datto at numerous trade shows and technology conferences throughout North America, frequently presenting alongside members of the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI. The objective of these presentations is to connect with business owners and IT professionals to educate them on current cyber threats and the role business continuity plays in combatting these threats.

Sina Amiri

Sina possesses over 15 years of cross-sector and cross-functional expertise in the Canadian and U.S. healthcare industries, more than 9 of which have been dedicated exclusively to advancing dentistry. Prior to his current  leadership role at Zentist, Sina served as the Vice President of Strategic Markets to some of the leading cloud-based enterprise software companies serving multi-location dental service providers across North America.

His senior leadership experience also includes having served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at a national private equity-funded dental service provider organization where he reported directly to the CEO. Throughout his career, Sina has personally delivered over 100 Continuing Education accredited seminars and instructed at Continuing Education courses teaching more than 5,000 healthcare practitioners in the U.S. and Canada how to maximize their practice value.

Rushi Ganmukhi

Peter Evans

Houmam Ali

Chief Operating Officer - Guardian Dentistry Partners

Ali has been in the dental industry for over 15 years. His experience includes aligning strategic plans with patient needs and a keen ability to meet revenue and growth goals, focusing on healthcare operations and increasing EBITDA; he is a firm believer in fostering a workplace culture built on trust and applies his genuine passion for connecting with people and developing future leaders.

An internationally trained dentist, Ali is in charge of supporting GDP Operations teams within Guardian Dentistry across all regions while further developing the culture anchored by the organization’s core mission, vision, and values. He leads GDP initiatives that support partners and teams in building their practices, including strategic growth plans, process improvements, and drivers of team member engagement.

Ali joined GDP in 2020 after spending ten years with ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, serving on the company’s Leadership Team as the Vice President of Operations. Brian Colao

Brian has been in the dental space for approximately 25 years. He is widely regarded as one of the foremost authorities in the United States on DSO formation, DSO business structures, DSO related mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance for DSOs including the corporate practice of dentistry, illegal fee splitting, advertising regulations, laboratory regulations, patient finance regulations, billing regulations, HIPAA regulations, credentialing, permit and licensure regulations, marketing regulations, and labor law regulations affecting dental practices.

Brian currently has clients in all 50 states and six Canadian provinces and has appeared before all 50 U.S. dental boards and the territory of Puerto Rico. Dr. Aman Kaur

Chief Executive Officer – AIM Dental Alliance and Founder/President – Women in DSO

Dr. Aman Kaur a seasoned executive and a DSO industry veteran with a passion for driving results through clinical excellence and operational discipline. Dr. Kaur is Founder and President of Women in DSO and CEO of a Midwest-based DSO. She is also currently working with a few well-known dental groups and PE firms across the industry as clinical and business operations consultant.

With over 16 years of experience in Dental industry, Dr. Kaur has worked with multiple DSOs over her career in various executive roles and is very involved with Dental Vendors, DSOs, Not for profit and other Dental Groups developing business solutions for operational efficiencies, customer intimacy, compliance programs, peer review, CE and training at all levels, along with helping emerging dental organizations to build development and growth strategies. Seven years ago, Dr. Kaur came together with 2 other female executives to run 33 Urgent Dental Car practice model open 9AM to 9PM seven days a week, one of the complex business model and company revenue grew by 108 percent during her tenure.

She is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action while at the same time is grounded in clinical and financial information that levers the business. Patrick Jacobwith

Chief Executive Officer - Sunset Technologies

Patrick Jacobwith, JD is the CEO of Sunset Technologies, a multi-state organization based in Minnesota. He has over 25 years in healthcare, as well as experience as a licensed attorney and a Certified HIPAA Professional.

Prior to Sunset, Patrick worked in a large healthcare organization (more than 1500 employees) as a Vice President of Operations. He managed a budget of more than $300 million dollars and a multi-faceted team of approximately 450 people. Under Patrick’s tenure Sunset has grown from 15 to more than 90 employees in seven years. In addition, Sunset has become a nationally recognized leader in the dental MSP market, and has built a reputation of battling cyber crime (in partnership with state and federal governments), as well as providing HIPAA compliant solutions.

Patrick’s approach is to build a solid plan, including a sound strategy that begins with the people in the organization.
