Erin helps DSOs navigate the world of cloud computing to set them up with the right tools to scale and grow their businesses. She has been in the dental field for 29 years, having spent the last 17 years working with DSOs to achieve their goals by implementing major initiatives across their organizations. She has worked with companies such as Heartland, Clear Choice, and Walmart Health to incorporate state of the art technology – from imaging to implants to restorative materials – into their standard of care. She is excited to moderate this panel and gain further insight into best practices DSOs have adopted to successfully implement new technologies.

Dr. Aman Kaur, Chief Executive Officer, AIM Dental Alliance and Founder/President – Women in DSO
Dr. Aman Kaur a seasoned executive and a DSO industry veteran with a passion for driving results through clinical excellence and operational discipline. Dr. Kaur is Founder and President of Women in DSO and CEO of a Midwest-based DSO. She is also currently working with a few well-known dental groups and PE firms across the industry as clinical and business operations consultant.
With over 16 years of experience in Dental industry, Dr. Kaur has worked with multiple DSOs over her career in various executive roles and is very involved with Dental Vendors, DSOs, Not for profit and other Dental Groups developing business solutions for operational efficiencies, customer intimacy, compliance programs, peer review, CE and training at all levels, along with helping emerging dental organizations to build development and growth strategies. Seven years ago, Dr. Kaur came together with 2 other female executives to run 33 Urgent Dental Car practice model open 9AM to 9PM seven days a week, one of the complex business model and company revenue grew by 108 percent during her tenure.
She is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action while at the same time is grounded in clinical and financial information that levers the business. Respected as a credible voice in industry for her clinical and business decision-making, finding strategic solutions and building partnerships and alliances Dr. Kaur is constantly shaping the industry.
Lorri Detrick, Chief Operating Officer, Riccobene
For the past 10+ years, Lorri Detrick has worked in the dental field as an operations leader and consultant. She served as the Chief Operating Officer for Access Dental Services, a mid-sized DSO in California and Utah for six years. She then spent time consulting in the dental arena, working for private equity as well as independent large group owners, assisting with growth strategy and operational platform development. For two years she worked for a technology consultancy (West Monroe Partners) performing due diligence on behalf of private equity clients looking at DSO targets for purchase and becoming a subject matter expert in teledentistry. Lorri is now the COO for Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, a DSO operating in North Carolina and Virginia with over 50 locations.
Prior to moving into dentistry, Lorri worked in both acute and skilled nursing healthcare sectors. She started her career as a Social Worker, obtaining her MSW from the University of Washington in Seattle. However, after having been offered the opportunity to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, she found her true passion for operations and leadership. After 10 years in skilled nursing operations, Lorri actively sought out the opportunity to move into an area of healthcare that created less burnout, and dentistry has been a perfect fit.
Lorri has a track record of success in developing amazing culture, achieving and exceeding financial goals, and coaching bright, loyal teams. In her work, she emphasizes transparency, diversity, compassion and fun in the midst of daily challenges. She was attracted to Riccobene Associates due to the alignment to these core values that she felt immediately upon engagement with Dr. Riccobene and his team. Her goals are to continue to drive the family-oriented, employee- and patient-centric culture that Dr. Riccobene has built, while also ensuring robust and replicable systems are in place to support ongoing growth.
Rashmi Jain, Chief Information Officer, Launch Loyalty
Rashmi Jain joined Careington International Corporation in 1999 and has served as Chief Information Officer since April 2019. Ms. Jain currently oversees information systems & information technology areas for Careington and affiliate companies, DialCare, Careington Benefit Solutions and Munroe Sutton. As Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and personally participating in all phases of the development and maintenance of Careington’s strategic information systems, which include all hardware, software, security and web initiatives. During her career, Rashmi has transformed the Information Systems department into a true strategic partner with a focus on building scalable information technology systems to address various company objectives as she remains focused on technologically advanced solutions to support Careington’s business, increase efficiencies, minimize risk and contribute to the company’s overall success.
Rashmi is also an avid advocate for minorities in the workplace and recognizes bringing on a balanced pool of employees to the company, ensuring they have varying educational and ethnic backgrounds as well as experience levels to ensure a diverse and talented staff. Currently, her team consists of 50% women who serve in various IT and operational functional roles. She believes in the re-integration of veterans in the workforce, which aligns with the charities she supports – Families of WWII Veterans and NPower.
Rashmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems and Healthcare from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from Southern Methodist University.
Rashmi is a member of the DFW Alliance of Technology and Women and the CIO Dallas Forum. She was nominated for the 2019 Dallas CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Awards and a recipient of the Dallas Business Journal 2020 Minority Leadership Awards. Rashmi was recently selected as a finalist for the 2021 Tech Titan Emerging Company CIO/CTO Awards and the 2022 Dallas CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Awards.
Rondi Michaux, Director of Business Development, 42 North Dental
Rondi Michaux is the Director of Business Development for 42 North Dental, a leading dental support organization based in New England that currently supports over 110 practices from Maine to Michigan.
She started out her dental career in private practice and has a broad range of experience, serving in every role from receptionist, registered dental assistant to practice manager. Rondi has over 27 years of experience in the dental industry with the first 18 years spent working in private practice within both general and dental specialty centers. She was working in private practice when her group partnered with a DSO and was quickly promoted to working directly in the support office.
Rondi continued gaining valuable experience and expertise over the next 9 years managing Marketing, IT, Recruitment and was an instrumental part in building out a contact center in her role as Director of Operational Support. Rondi has found her passion in the world of mergers and affiliations and is proud to finally be a part of 42 North Dental, a DSO created by dentists for dentists that has 40+ years of experience caring for doctors and their patients.
