DSO Tech Summit
2026
2026 Speakers
Keynote Opening Speaker | David Kochman, Henry Schein
The Speed of Innovation vs. The Reality of Scaling:
How Trust and EQ Accelerate Durable and Sustainable Change
Technology moves fast. Organizations don’t and that gap is where most DSOs struggle.
As multi-site practices scale, the distance between innovation and operational reality grows quickly. What works at 10 locations can become serious strain at 40.
In this opening session, David Kochman explores the forces that determine what actually sustains: trust, leadership, operational alignment, and human alignment. From AI and automation to workflows, adoption, and decision-making, this conversation sets the lens for the rest of the Summit and challenges every leader in the room to think beyond the technology itself.
Session highlights:
- Why operational complexity changes how organizations scale technology.
- How trust and EQ directly accelerate technology adoption.
- The scaling breakpoints that create operational strain in growing DSOs.
