When asked, ‘What does technology mean for your DSO?’ most answered: computers, servers, and intraoral cameras. Yet what about the software that runs on those systems? The websites people are viewing to bring in the customers. The VOIP phones that allow communication with those patients. There is much more to the Technology Lifecycle of a Patient than one initially believes.
On this panel, led by Houman Ali, COO of Guardian Dentistry, he will be hosting the conversations about the technology available to increase your patient bookings, production, and efficiency, thereby improving your revenue. However, we will also discuss roadblocks that keep you from implementing this technology and how to overcome them, as well as measures that are and should be taken to secure your practice when using them.
